The current service
FreelancerPlanning provides a no-account automation project risk and pricing calculator. It organises user-supplied answers, applies visible calculation rules, and creates an internal decision summary and discovery questions. Features may change as the product is tested with real project work.
Your decisions remain yours
You are responsible for checking the scope, assumptions, effort, rate, costs, margin, taxes, price, client responsibilities, discovery questions, and final wording. FreelancerPlanning does not guarantee that a result is accurate, profitable, suitable, accepted, or complete.
No professional advice
The service provides business-planning support. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, security, compliance, or regulatory advice. Use a qualified professional where those decisions matter.
Permitted use
You may use the free service for legitimate freelance or consulting project planning. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass its safeguards, interfere with other users, submit malware, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, or use it for unlawful activity.
Material you submit
Only submit material you have the right to use. Do not enter credentials, access tokens, payment-card data, health information, or confidential facts the calculation does not need. You retain ownership of your material and permit the service to process the limited information needed to provide the feature you request.
Sample report and subscriptions
The downloadable sample uses fictional information and does not represent a customer, transaction, testimonial, or guaranteed result. The free subscriber edition carries a visible sample watermark. If you subscribe when requesting it, you agree to the marketing use described beside the form and in the privacy notice. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
A paid clean export without the sample watermark may be introduced later. It is not currently offered, and no price or launch date has been promised.
No automatic client action
The service does not send, sign, accept, or execute a proposal or client agreement. It does not automatically decide a price. You must review and communicate any commercial offer yourself.
Availability and changes
The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Features, scoring weights, limits, and access may change. Material changes to the calculation model will be documented on the methodology page.
Intellectual property
The FreelancerPlanning name, website design, calculation presentation, and original service content belong to the service operator or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights. You may use your own calculator results in your business work.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FreelancerPlanning is not responsible for lost profits, lost opportunities, client disputes, incorrect quotes, project overruns, data loss, or indirect damage arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be limited or ended where necessary to protect the service, other users, or legal rights.
